Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition, with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Final sale or discounted products.
- Accessories without original packaging.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
